Renville-Sibley Cooperative Offers special Electric Heat Rates – 4.5¢ kWh
When you install a high efficiency electric heating system you can qualify for the cooperative’s electric heat rate. In order to qualify for this program, your heating system must be a permanent electric resistance space heater, a heat pump system, and/or an in-floor heating system. Both residential and commercial buildings qualify as long as the heating system provides no less than 50% of the buildings heat. The heating system must be separately metered, and the discounted rate will be applicable for the billing periods of October through April. You don’t need to sign up for load control in order to qualify for this promotion.
